Cart Ditching

I can not recieve credit for the term, "cart ditching." That phrase came from my good friends Frick 'n Frack who coined the term. At the time, I was not quite sure what it meant, but, in usual Frick 'n Frack fashion, they filled me in.
Cart ditching is an action one takes after filling up cart(s) at your favorite Target, Hobby Lobby, or Michael's with all the things one WANTS to buy, starting to muse over the fact that said items are not in one's monthly budget, and then finding a deserted spot (good luck if it's on your lunch break!) and ditching the shopping cart.
Of COURSE I cracked up when I heard this - who hasn't done this, or it's sister crime, Item Ditching By the Register. I am the Queen of Cart Ditching. Actually, that's not true, I will settle for Princess because Frick 'n Frack are tying for Queen. As I get older and my monthly budget becomes a necessity (thank you Dave Ramsey), I ditch more than I buy. I know my wallet and husband thank me, but I really feel like I'm on Target's hit list.
Oh by the way, Frack just walked by and laughed at the subject of this blog. There may be a follow up piece soon, so be waitin' for it!

Ya'll have a good Friday!
