Friday Afternoon Remix

So I went shopping today at lunch with Leslie and after we spent time in the children's department looking for clothes for her lovely daughter, N, we sprinted towards the shoe department where Belk Simpson was having a huge shoe sale. And I do mean huge. 50% off the last marked price clearance sale.
I got a pair of Bandolino brown sandals regularly priced at $65 for a mere $15. Now THAT is savings, ya'll. (Even though my heart was set on a pair of Kate Spade slipon sandals with a large tangerine flower, 50% off $116, Leslie said absolutely not. My husband will thank her profusely.)
One of my favorite bloggers, Big Mama, has Fashion Fridays which I love and I don't want to copyright her ideas because she is adorable and brilliant with her incredible fashion finds. Yes, I am fawning over someone I have never met and who probably thinks I am a weird stalker type person, BUT I did want to include some things for spring that I have my eye on...

- I love this dress and imagine myself wearing it at the beach with some pretty flat sandals (I have to imagine myself in places when I wear things).

- This shirt from Old Navy would be perfect with jeans and black flats, or black linen pants.

- I love love LOVE these shoes, because I mean, doesn't every woman need a green shoe in her wardrobe?

Anyway, those were just a few things I am hoping to purchase in the next few months as the weather gets warmer and (hopefully) my weight goes down!
